SECTION 21 OF THE INDUSTRIAL DESIGNS ACT STATES:
21. (1) The Court shall have jurisdiction in cases of dispute relating
to the application of this Act and in matters which under this Act are
to be referred to the Court.
(2) Any decision taken by the Controller under this Act, in particular
the decision to register an industrial design or to refuse an application
for such a registration, may be the subject of an appeal by any interested
party to the Court and such appeal shall be filed within two months of
the date of the Controller's decision.
